Albert McRae III

As a co-founder and the president of Amateur Advocate, Mr. McRae has built a solid foundation of doing great things for youth and communities through the organization. His impressive track record as an Engineer, Program Director, Head Coach and Board Member with several organizations, gives him a deep understanding of community needs. He leverages this experience and knowledge to help others through AAA.

Dr. Michael Owens

Mr. Owens is a global business leader, entrepreneur, information technology executive and community leader, with over 20 years of experience within military, corporate, government and academic organizations. He is well-known throughout Metro- Atlanta as a strategic-minded scholar with strong business and political connections. He leverages this experience and knowledge to help others through the mission of Amateur Advocate Association.

Michael D. Poe

Sharing the spotlight with Albert McRae as co-founder, Mr. Poe has been instrumental in developing the relationships and operational procedures that allow AAA to meet the needs of youth and communities effectively. He has 17 years experience in coaching, teaching and mentoring youth, families, communities and organizations. His direction is the development of long term stable growth and the operations necessary for sustaining it.

Eric Coleman

As a Program Director of the Pebblebrook Jr. Falcons Track Club, Mr. Coleman has been instrumental in developing youth and community for over 15 yrs. Producing national award winning programs that has inspired students to stay in school, go to collage and make a difference in the your community. He leverages this experience and knowledge to help others through the mission of Amateur Advocate Association.

Dennis Hughett

Mr. Hughett began working with AAA in the fall of 2011 where he immediately began working to rebrand the organization’s positioning and identity. Leveraging his successful advertising experience spanning over 15 years, his focus is to expand brand awareness for the organization and to strengthen its impact and market reach.
